Wow today we challenged your ability to work on some different Movements.

Low Bar - Wide Stance Backsquat

Windmills


Two new things to get your Brain working and feeling a bit weird today.


Windmills get your shoulders strong and works your sidemuscles of the Core, while the lower Bar and Wide Stance loads your posterior chain a lot!

So be on the look for some weird soreness the next days :-D

Also nice low Squatting and opening up the Hip helped some of you find their perfekt Squat.

Maybe it helped to work those Frontsquats first. Awesome Sessions with great Coaching and Conversations going on.


Also a Phone has been given found and given to its Owner, Everybody loving Monday because the week starts with a real Mindshift.


Be prepared for some greatneeesss still to come this week.
