Fredagsbloggen on Point - 3 Days of Strength! Strict Press, Holy Smokes, Deadlift, Silent but Deadly, Backsquat, Rush Hour 3

After nearly two Weeks of burning our Heads, the Sun has retreated on the day we programmed the long run... But some where really missing the Rain and enjoyed the Friday run a lot!



Wednesdays workout was one of those where we questioned our Fitness. 18 Minute timecap was very tight regarding a 30 Devil Press and 10 Hill runs. Wow that really took longer than expected.

Still everyone felt the rage of the Devil - either against the dumbbells or the Workout or the Coach - You decide on your own.



Thursday Was just the Opposite, everyone finished in Time, well it was a really hard Sprint with 21-15-9-6 reps of Gymnastics and heavy weight.

We have people travelling doing Workout anywhere in the World, pushing themselves knowing that all people at Verftet are doing the same:

  • Morten dying in 6:06 sending us a heartly greeting!

  • Fully booked classes on Thursday night!

  • The 18:15 class finished off with a tabata after the workout

Ronny lifting all the weights at once in the hotel gym, because they don’t have any more. Make the best of what you have at the moment! Regardless of where you are here is always a possibility to train and if you think you need Equipment - well you don´t you can get a descent Workout of only doing Pushups, Airsquats and Running or Jumping Jacks ;-)


Also out of the Group Classes a lot is going on, The sunn&Sprek Course is slowly surpassing our Members in the normal Group Classes:

  • Sunn&Sprek tested their 1RM in B.sq., strict press and DL. Last tested before Christmas

  • Sveinung did 110kg on DL, yesterday he did 130kg 😱

  • Anders also had a PR in back squats. Sigrid lifting the heaviest in a long time.

  • Looks like we haven´t taught them how to load weights though…🍔🤣
