New Programming Coming


So after a lot of fun classic CrossFit Workouts we are starting to get serious again and work on Specific Strength and building Skills.


Next week starting on Monday 4th of September we will focus on Kettlebell Strength and Coordination. So be aware that we will have some Kettlebell testings in the first weeks and after 5 weeks we will retest.


Furthermore we will add up to complement the "Verftet Strong Kurs" and the "Handstand and Pullups Kurs". So there will be a lot of fun Movements to keep it variable.

If you haven´t signed up to the Courses yet, we still have Space left!
