40 Minutes of Sweat, Joy and awesome Music!! Every Minute hitting your Effort was a hard thing to do today! But you managed to push through, keep the motivating Self Talk up and feel very accomplished today! Isn´t this a great feeling? It was really a lot of fun coaching you today!

- Families working out together! Bringing our children to train is the best thing to do! Be a role model for them.
- The Midday training at 11:30 is also for our new made Mamas and Papas best to bring their little toddlers and workout still!
